Whilst having a mad 20 minutes cleaning the flat the other day I came across some old drawings from years ago. This comes from a poem written by a friend's grandfather who had a great talent for funny stories and I sketched how I imagined the Snooty Poo would appear! Sooo, that got me thinking about a strange alternative for Thaitan and his friends, maybe you could give me some ideas? Check the blog for episodes soon.....

Some people who see me cooking at the takeaway ask why a 40 something English woman wants to be a Thai chef. To be honest it was mostly a set of unforeseen circumstances over the last 12 years, but it did make me realise how much I love creating the wonderfully varied tastes Thai cuisine offers. I remember one of my first experiences with this mystic style of cookery, in Pong's home village in Northern Thailand.

Thaitan is getting all excited about the treasure hunt but needs your help! Can you post some designs to use on our maps? Day off today so getting the ideas on paper including adding a blog for all our recipes, news and events. This will be especially important for our little chang thai followers as Thaitan and his friends will be putting stories and fun stuff here too :)
